1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dkvip ("dkvip", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using the dkvip platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the dkvip platform. dkvip reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a dkvip account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dkvip strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 21, and age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing dkvip from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activities are not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in any activity offered by dkvip is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any form of legal incapacity, you are not permitted to use dkvip.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the dkvip platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered phone number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dkvip will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dkvip support immediately.

Account Verification

dkvip reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may be restricted or suspended pending completion. Verification is required before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your dkvip account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant game or betting rules. Remaining account balances following resolution of all pending activities will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the dkvip platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dkvip does not accept transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player account balances. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposits

dkvip accepts deposits through the following payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the dkvip deposit page at the time of the transaction:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳100. Funds credited instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100. Funds credited instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. dkvip reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: minimum ৳200, typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Rocket withdrawals: minimum ৳300, processed within 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals: minimum ৳1,000, processed within 1–48 hours of approval.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

dkvip offers bonuses and promotions from time to time at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have been identified as misusing bonus offers — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will be disqualified from current and future promotions.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance not used within the validity period will be automatically forfeited. The expiry date for each bonus is communicated at the time the bonus is credited to your account.
• dkvip reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time if it has reason to believe that the bonus system is being abused, exploited, or that a player has acted in bad faith.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game or market, the specific game or market rules shall take precedence in relation to that game or market.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to use dkvip for the purpose of processing proceeds of criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including through chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated betting patterns.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly permitted by dkvip.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during account operation.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the dkvip platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not legitimate and will be forfeited.

dkvip employs monitoring systems designed to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, dkvip reserves the right to take immediate remedial action, including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

dkvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; failure to satisfy eligibility requirements; failure to complete verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity; or if dkvip is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is suspended or closed by dkvip due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, dkvip reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full. Where no breach is confirmed and the account is closed at dkvip's discretion for operational reasons, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the dkvip platform — including but not limited to the dkvip brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, and all game content provided by third-party providers — is the intellectual property of dkvip or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dkvip platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the dkvip platform without dkvip's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of dkvip's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dkvip shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the dkvip platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

dkvip does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. dkvip will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability, but scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and events beyond dkvip's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruption.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

dkvip collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Amendments to These Terms

dkvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
